Recommended dosage for the temporary relief of arthritis is initially one teaspoon daily (3-5g) then one half to one quarter of a teaspoon daily for maintenance of relief or as directed by your health care professional.

The powder is milled to a size of 50 microns, making it extremely fine for ingestion and absorption, is naturally white in colour and virtually odourless and tasteless.

Each jar contains absolutely nothing but 100% pure shark cartilage powder with naturally occurring Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphate.
